Cancellation & Refund Policy

Full refunds will be granted, less a $30 processing fee, if cancellation is received in writing by September 1, 2025. No refunds will be granted after September 1, 2025. Name substitutions will be accepted.

Photo & Video Policy

BIMRS reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by BIMRS, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. BIMRS may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used, or contracted by BIMRS, including but not limited to brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.

A person attending a BIMRS event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer and the event organizer.
